Personal Data Collection
Completing and submitting forms (web forms) involves the collection of data entered by the user (name, surname, email, company, information request), in order to provide the information requested by the user, via email or telephone.

Generally, personal data relating to Max Application customers or potential customers is collected, or when a user registers for newsletters or documentation downloads. The personal information collected by Max Application is limited to first name, last name, email address, company, language, country, or location, but may include other information necessary to provide a requested service or to support the use of our products.
Purpose of processing
Max Application, pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), processes the personal data provided to respond to the data subject’s request and contact them to arrange and conduct a demonstration of its products and services.
Personal data retention period
Personal data provided voluntarily by the user is retained to notify them of service updates. The contact details provided will be retained until the data subject requests deletion, and in any case for a period no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed.

Max Application communicates your personal data to EmailChef of eDisplay Srl, located in Fonni (NU), Italy, to send marketing communications to customers who have previously given their consent. EmailChef guarantees that personal data processing complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
